    At Coastal, we use Botox and filler as part of gender-affirming care - and we’re also happy to offer these treatments to anyone who wants a subtle refresh or a more dramatic glow.

    Botox Packages

    Baby Botox - $100
    Best for a first-time treatment, subtle smoothing, or a light refresh.
    Includes 1-2 small areas, such as forehead lines, bunny lines, gummy smile, or a lip flip.

    Balanced Botox - $250
    Best for a polished, natural look with more noticeable smoothing.
    Includes 1 small area from Baby Botox plus 1 complex area (for example frown lines, crow’s feet, or chin).

    Bold Botox - $500
    Best for a full-face, noticeable refresh.
    Choose a full upper face, full lower face, or a noticeable combination of both.

    Brilliant Botox - $650
    Best for maximum smoothing and the most dramatic refinement.
    A comprehensive full-face treatment tailored for deep-line correction and high-impact rejuvenation.

    Filler Packages

    Fresh Filler – $600
    Soft, small-volume enhancements (for example, natural lips) that keep a very natural look.

    Flawless Filler – $1,100
    Balanced contouring for lips, cheeks, or jawline with gentle shaping while keeping a neutral, natural effect.

    Full Filler – $1,500
    Multi-area shaping for cheeks, lips, chin, or jawline. Can be tailored for a masculine, feminine, or non-binary aesthetic.

    Fabulous Filler – $2,000
    Complete contouring and sculpting (approx. 4 syringes). Ideal for creating more pronounced masculine, feminine, or androgynous features while preserving your authentic expression.

    Glow Combo Packages (Botox + Filler)

    Flirty Glow – $675
    Baby Botox + Fresh Filler – subtle, natural enhancement that looks neutral, light, and approachable.

    Golden Glow – $1,300
    Balanced Botox + Flawless Filler – smooth, defined, and harmonious. Can be tailored toward slightly more masculine or feminine shaping.

    Full Glow – $2,400
    Brilliant or Bold Botox + Full/Fabulous Filler – complete enhancement, fully customizable to sculpt a masculine, feminine, or perfectly “you” aesthetic.

    Therapeutic Botox

    Botox injections are also available to treat:

    • Migraines

    • TMJ (jaw clenching)

    • Hyperhidrosis (excess sweating)

    Costs for these therapeutic treatments may be covered through private insurance plans.
